1. Coordination and reporting initial sample report to achieve final customer approvals. 2. Communicate, report and update company quality items in customer specific portals or in other Customer specific forms. 3. Is customer contact for complaints/remarks to improve customer satisfaction level as well company performance. 4. Contact customers to analyze customer complaints/remarks, initiate activities to avoid recurrence and report towards customers and intern organization. 5. Coordinate the customer visits/audits. 6. Develop, initiate, implementation and report continuous improvement activities, quality- or process related based on FMEA/Control Plan analyses, as well product- and process analyses. 7. Internal process- and product audits to identify potential improvements. 8. Participate in APQP-, FMEA/Control Plan and KAIZEN teams. 9. Develop and maintain control plans to achieve customer acceptance and zero incidents. 10. Maintain Q relevant quality data systems. 11. Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager. 岗位要求： 1. Bachelor degree, Engineer background. 2. Minimum 5 years working experience in Automotive industry for quality related function. 3. Valid experience with OEM or Tire-N customers. 4. Fastener industry or cold forming production is preferred. 5. Communicates ideas and information in such a way that others recognize and understand the essence to ensure commitment of them. 6. Fluent English and Chinese in speaking and writing. 7. Familiar with office software.
