工作职责： ?模具设计及生产技术支持。 Tooling design and support trouble shooting of production. ?参与持续改进活动（专注于模具成本，模具寿命，模具制图） Participate continue improvement activities (Focus on tooling cost, tool life, tool drawing) ?负责管理自己的设计资料并按照编码系统要求管理资料。 Responsible for the own design documentation and follow the numbering system procedure. ?愿意生成和尝试新的冷成型工艺方法。 Generate and try out of new methods of cold forming technics. ?协调准备,设计和订购新工具,负责试生产,设置机器准备好生产、安装工艺条件。 Coordinate the preparation, design and ordering of new tooling, in charge of trial production, setup the machine ready for production, setup the process conditions. ?执行测量新部件,实现改进直到部件达到规格内 Execute measurements on new parts, implement improvements until part is within the specifications. ?领导交办的其他工作。 Other task assigned by manager 职业要求： ?大专以上学历，工科相关专业，8年以上紧固件模具设计经验 College degree or above, major in engineering, at least 8 years experience in fastener mold design ?熟练使用CAD、 Solidworks 创建3D及工程图纸 Proficient in CAD and Solidworks to create 3D and engineering drawings ?具备相应的材料相关方面的知识 Knowledge of relevant materials ?具备日常英语听说写的能力 Good command of daily English listening, speaking and writing
